테이블쏘에서 활용할 수 있는 테이퍼 지그입니다.

테이블 다리나 의자 등받이 등의 각도 작업에 활용할 수 있습니다.

토글클램프를 활용한 방식이라 다양한 각도 적용에 유리할것 같습니다.

 

 

TAPER JIG

To taper the back slats and legs of your chair on the table saw, build the jig shown above from 3/4-inch plywood.
Refer to the illustration for suggested dimensions. To assemble the jig, set the saw blade to its maximum height, butt one side of the jig base against the blade and position the rip fence flush against the other side of the base.
Lower the blade. Mark a cutting line for the taper on the workpiece, than set it on the base, aligning the line with the edge of the base nearest the blade. Holding the workpiece securely, position the guide bar against the edge and the stop block snugly against the end. Screw the guide bar and stop block to the base and press the toggle clamps down to secure the workpiece to the jig; protect the stock with wood pads. To make the cut, set the blade heigh and slide the jig and workpiece across the table, making sure that neither hand is in line with the blade(right).

테이블쏘로 의자 등받이 슬랫이나 다리에 각도 작업을 하려면 3/4인치 합판으로 위에 표시된 지그를 만드십시오.
제안된 치수는 그림을 참조하십시오. 지그를 조립하려면 톱날을 최대 높이로 하고, 지그 베이스의 한쪽은 톱날에 대고 리프 펜스를 베이스의 반대 쪽과 수평으로 위치시킵니다.
톱날을 내리십시오. 부재에 각도에 대한 절삭선을 표시하고 톱날 쪽의 베이스 끝선에 맞춰 배치합니다. 배치한 부재를 단단히 잡고 가이드 바와 스톱 블록을 밀착시킨 뒤 가이드 바와 스톱 블록을 베이스와 나사못으로 고정합니다. 토글 클램프도 부착하여 부재를 지그에 고정시킬 수 있게 합니다. 톱날 높이를 다시 설정하고 부재를 고정한 지그를 밀어 절단을 합니다. 절단 작업시 지그 베이스가 리프 펜스에서 떨어지지 않도 밀착시켜야 합니다.
(주의사항: 절단 확인을 위해 톱날 가드를 제거하는 것이 좋습니다.)
