시중에 판매되는 다양한 밴드클램프들도 코너부분이 손상되지 않게 가드가 장착되어 있지만 시원찮은 제품이 많습니다.

굳이 밴드 클램프가 아니어도 간단한 파이프만 가지고도 탕개 기법을 이용해 밴드 클램프 처럼 사용할 수 있을 것 같네요.

무엇보다도 박스 형태를 클램프로 고정할 경우 대각선 길이를 측정하는데 어려움이 있는데 이건 간단히 해결할 수 있어 좋네요.

An easy way to protect the corners of your project while gluing it up with Band Clamps.

밴드 클램프로 조립할 때 모서리를 보호하는 쉬운 방법입니다.

 

 

When gluing up a drawer, I needed corner protectors that were larger than the ones that came with my band clamp. So, I decided to make my own. The solution ended up being a section of PVC pipe that was left over from a plumbing project. After cutting the pipe into four pieces, I cut a 1"-wide slot along the length of each piece. The slot allows the PVC to fit over the corners of the project without damaging them. For clamping pressure, I used a standard band clamp.
The large diameter of the PVC allows me to stand the corner pieces on end and use both hands to center the strap.

서랍을 조립할 때 밴드 클램프와 함께 제공되는 코너 가드보다 더 큰 코너 가드가 필요했습니다. 그래서 나는 내가 직접 만들기로 결정했습니다. 솔루션은 배관 작업에서 남은 PVC 파이프였습니다. 파이프를 네 조각으로 자른 후 각 조각의 길이를 따라 1" 너비의 슬롯을 만듭니다. 이 슬롯을 통해 PVC는 손상 없이 조립하는 모서리에 맞출 수 있습니다. 클램핑 압력을 위해 표준 밴드 클램프를 사용했습니다. . PVC의 큰 직경 덕분에 모서리 부분을 끝에 세우고 양손을 사용하여 스트랩을 중앙에 놓을 수 있습니다.
